Since launching her career in 2018, Laina Terry has worked for boutique PR agencies that have represented globally-recognized brands, including Nobu Hotels and Restaurants, Marriott, and Atlantis, as well as bespoke getaways in the Hudson Valley, Caribbean rental properties, cruise and river cruise companies, beachfront resorts in Spain, luxury dude ranch resorts in the midwest, tourism boards in Canada, Scotland, Australia, and Italy, among many others.
When the COVID-19 Pandemic hit in March 2020, Laina’s position at her former travel PR agency was dissolved almost immediately and left her feeling unsure of what was next. During that time of uncertainty, she began freelancing PR and social media services to local restaurants and chefs, small brands, and hotels to help keep businesses afloat during challenging times. One project led to another, which encouraged her to launch Pronto Public Relations in January of 2021 at just 24 years old. Laina now specializes in hands-on representation for boutique, independent, and family/chef-owned hotels and restaurants around the world.
Laina also specializes in influencer marketing and social media strategy to help clients reach media goals through planned content creation, analytical strategy, influencer and brand collaborations, and digital brand building. She has launched successful digital campaigns across social platforms between brands and influencers, and has managed a plethora of social media accounts ranging from small start-ups to high-end hotels to develop an online presence and curate an authentic following.

She strives to provide an all-around satisfactory experience, and she hopes to continue to navigate this new world of media together with current and future clients.
